BMW Motorrad enters World Super Bike Competition.

The FIM World Super Bike 2009 series is about to start up, with the first races in Phillip Island, Australia. For the first time in WSB history, an official team will be competing from BMW Motorrad with race pilots Troy Corser (Australia) and Ruben Xaus (Spain) on the new S 1000 RR.

The races will be televised by Speed TV beginning March 1.
